NEW EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION - New England Elevator installs only high quality, non-proprietary equipment. This means that any equipment we install will be supported by the manufacturer of the equipment. The customer benefits because anyone can maintain and service the equipment we install.

By adding new technology, our expert technicians can bring your elevators into compliance with all applicable codes, fire service requirements, and help you meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act. New England Elevator can also upgrade your existing equipment to increase operational efficiency and performance, enhance the appearance of your elevators, and improve passenger comfort. - Full Maintenance With 8 Hour Coverage: This program includes preventive maintenance and service requests Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
- Full Maintenance With 24 Hour Coverage: This program includes preventive maintenance, covered parts, and service requests 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
- Inspection: This program includes preventive maintenance on a pre-determined schedule (parts are excluded).
